 Glad for the help Mar 13, 2010
We are as pleased with the Business and Home version of Turbo Tax as we've been with the Delux version. It's very nice to have the help with organizing and gathering what we need so we don't miss anything, not to mention the savings compared to doing the same thing with an accountant or tax preparer.

Don't use Turbo Tax if you want to keep your sanity. There are multiple "glitches" with this software that they have still NOT fixed. I have made multiple calls to their technical staff and have been on hold for as long as 2 hours to talk to someone about the issues with no resolution. There is a major update download that I could not download and no one could help me with.....told "it must be a glitch in the software"....disturbing. I also found that there are a few errors in the program that incorrectly calculate some of the deductions and credits. I finally went to another tax preparation product to do my taxes.
Disk would not download Mar 13, 2010
I have used turbo tax for many years and have been very happy with the product. Unfortunatley I couldn't download this from the disk due to some kind of "error" message. After spending several hours trying to solve this issue with the company- Turbo Tax, they final gave me a voucher for an online usage. Turbo tax was very nice and helpful but I counld help wondering if this was a defective disk. Has other buyers had trouble with disk from this supplier?

I have used TurboTax for quite a few years, and I have continued to be very satisfired with the product. It is easy to use, and I am always confident that my taxes are done correctly and that I am receiving the maximum deductions. This year there were some improvements over last year that I very much appreciated. While the product is a little pricey, I feel it is worth every penny and much cheaper than going to a tax preparer, many of whom I have to tell what they can deduct. I am extremely satisfied with this product and recommend it highly.

Easy to use. Guides you through each step with examples of deductions. I'm not very happy with the sale of stock section. Overall I would recommend this product.
